Waldwick Racquet Courts (“WRC,” “we,” “us”) is a Superdome Sports facility at 155 Hopper Ave, Waldwick, NJ 07463. You can reach us at wrc@superdomesports.com or 201-444-3322. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. That can include:
- Program interest form: your name, email, mobile number, the programs you’re interested in, the player’s name(s), age(s) and playing level, the days that work best, and anything else you tell us.
- Court time request: your name, email, mobile number, and the court time you’d like to request.
- Private lesson requests: your name, email, mobile number, the pro and lesson type you want, the days and times that work, and how you heard about us.
- Party inquiries: your name, email, mobile number, preferred date, group size, details about the event, and how you heard about us.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the topic, and your message.
- Waitlist form: the program and class time you want, the player’s name, a parent or guardian’s name, your email, and mobile number.
- Newsletter signup: your first name, email address, and the interests you choose. We only email you news if you tick the consent box.
Payments. If you pay online, your payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what was paid, when, and for what.
Waivers. Waivers and release forms are signed through WaiverForever. The name, contact details, signature, and any other information on the waiver are collected and stored there, and we can access them to run our programs.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and our hosting providers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked (like “Join Our List,” “Call,” or “Directions”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally. We turn it off for our own staff when they are logged in to the site.
Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare, through WP Engine) may set a short-lived cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on our Contact page, a Google map. Google may receive your IP address when those load. If you start an online payment, Stripe may set its own cookies to prevent fraud and complete the payment.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site will still work if you do.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- reply to your questions and requests;
- tell you about program openings, schedules, and availability;
- arrange court time, lessons, and parties;
- take payments and keep payment records;
- run our programs safely, including keeping signed waivers;
- send our newsletter, if you signed up for it (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- improve the website; and
- keep our site secure and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it for other companies’ advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our programs, and only as needed for that work:
- Stripe — online payments.
- WaiverForever — electronic waivers.
- ActiveCampaign — our email list and follow-up emails.
- Google — Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and Google Maps.
- Our website hosting and security providers (WP Engine and Cloudflare) — they store and deliver the website and the form entries it receives.
- Superdome Sports — our parent organization, whose staff also help run the facility.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members or staff.
Children’s information
Our programs include children, and we ask parents or guardians to sign up and sign waivers for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. The forms on this site are meant to be filled out by a parent, guardian, or adult. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. When you give us a child’s name, age, or program details, we use them only to run that child’s programs and contact you.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while you’re in a program or on our email list, and afterward for the time we need to keep business, payment, tax, and waiver records. We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop emailing you and keep only a basic record of your request.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email wrc@superdomesports.com or call 201-444-3322. Every newsletter email also lets you unsubscribe. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service can be completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
