From $48/hr open court
Six covered courts. Contract and permanent time is assigned first; whatever remains opens up as hourly play.
Contract rates are for one court-hour a week (singles or doubles) for the full indoor season. 35-week season, started September 10, 2026. Joining mid-season? Call the desk about prorated contract time.
Contract details
- Deposit: $200 per court hour holds your time (non-refundable).
- Balance: the due date comes with your invoice.
- No contract play: Thanksgiving (Nov 26, 2026), Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 1, 2027, Easter Sunday (Mar 28, 2027).
- Renewals: current contract holders get first choice of their hours at renewal.
- Waiver: required for all players. Sign the WRC waiver

Every request is confirmed by our front desk. Nothing is booked or charged until we confirm.

Send a short court time request: your start date, start time, end time and number of courts.

The office confirms your slot by email or phone.

We email you a Stripe invoice to pay.

An hour, depending on day and time. Holidays: $52 an hour. Single hours open up as cancellations, off-peak windows and unsold time. Ask the desk what is open for the week ahead.

Contract price covers one hour a week for the full season. The office confirms your slot, then emails a Stripe invoice. Download the full rate sheet (PDF)
Court policies
Cancellations
Programs: cancel at least 4 weeks before the start date for a refund. Contract time: deposits are non-refundable. Open court time: cancel at least 24 hours ahead, or the hour is charged unless we rebook the court.
Court shoes required
Non-marking tennis shoes only on the Ultra Nova Cushion surface.
Guests
Guests are welcome with a contract group. Every guest signs the waiver.
Start and finish on time
Please clear the court promptly. The next group is waiting.
Holiday closures
No contract play: Thanksgiving (Nov 26, 2026), Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 1, 2027, Easter Sunday (Mar 28, 2027). Holidays: $52 an hour.
